Python Developer

About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Python Developer (3+ years) to join our fast-growing engineering team at Invarsys. In this role, you will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance backend systems and APIs, contributing to cutting-edge solutions, and driving innovation across our product ecosystem.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, secure, and efficient applications, leveraging modern frameworks like Django/Flask.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications and RESTful APIs

• Write clean, efficient, and reusable Python code following best practices

• Build and optimize server-side logic, database structures, and integrations

• Collaborate with product, frontend, and QA teams to deliver end-to-end solutions 

• Integrate third-party APIs and data sources seamlessly 

• Debug, troubleshoot, and enhance application performance and scalability

• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment cycles 

• Ensure security, reliability, and performance optimization across systems 

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives 

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python development 

• Strong experience with Django / Flask / FastAPI 

• Solid understanding of REST APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and backend architecture 

• Familiarity with Git, CI/CD, and cloud environments 

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
